  • Your period problems are a vital way of your body signalling to you that your hormones are imbalanced. These show up differently from each women; from acne to cysts, fibroids, cramps and even anxiety and depression. Instead of hating on your body, show it compassion and learn to listen to its wisdom. 

  • Hormonal Birth Control (HCB) does not 'fix' period problems, but rather acts as a bandaid to treat the symptoms. Moreover, it contains synthetic hormones, which shuts down ovulation. This means HBC-induced periods are solely the shedding of the lining and not a real bleed. It can also deepen period problems (and trigger new ones) and impact the gut flora.

  • Women's bodies are biologically different to men. Men's hormone cycle are 24-hours long, whereas women's cycle are 28-days long. I too struggled with period problems and my menstrual cycle after being diagnosed with an endocrine disorder. Not only did I experience physical and painful symptoms, it also hugely impacted my mental wellbeing and confidence.

 

I felt isolated from the lack of support from doctors, whose only solution was the hormonal contraception pill, overwhelmed by the conflicting information and frustrated with the impact it was having on the quality of my life.

How long is the course?

The program has been designed for you to go through it in 90-days. This is not a quick fix, but focused on taking small, sustainable steps that will have long-lasting effects. Although the program is 90 days, the modules and resources will guide you beyond this time period and will be available for you to look back on as and when you need it.

Will there be Live Training or Coaching?

Yes, I will do a Weekly Live Q+A in the private Facebook community. If, however, you are unable to make it, then you can leave your questions ahead of time and watch the recording afterwards. This important feature will be available beyond the 90-day program. I know that this program will be invaluable to you during your journey, which is why it’s important that you continue to have my support.

Do you offer payment plans?
